Education for a Sustainable Development
The Growing Sculpture Heiligengeist School Lüneburg aims to strengthen the school organism through a sculptural, artistic process. Hence, this project explores an innovative kind of aesthetic education for sustainable development.
In September 2009 the German UNESCO-Commission declared the Growing Sculpture Heiligengeist School Lüneburg an Official Project of the UNESCO-Decade "Education for Sustainable Development".
